ANGELO MOORE PRESENTS DR.MADDVIBE & THE MISSIN' LINKS! Angelo Moore is a singer and performer who hardly needs an introduction. Through his legendary band Fishbone, Angelo has influenced and defined a musical style and performance ability that has crossed generations and genres. Angelo's solo project, Dr. Maddvibe and The Missin' Links carries that tradition on and features his many talents including vocals, saxophone, theremin, keyboards and drums. In addition, Angelo has assembled a group of musicians to be as diverse as the songs styles as they move from punk, ska, country, hardcore, traditional R&B to soul and hip hop. The band includes Aroyn Davis (aka Jay Hendrix), a multi-instrumentalist that has toured with Brazilian and reggae acts throughout South America and nationally with R&B/Pop artists such as Aloe Blacc, Jhene Aiko, and N'Dea Davenport. Also in the band is Jeffrey Connor, who plays bass, guitar, drums, and vocals). Jeffrey is also a producer who has worked with a diverse roster of legendary artists, from David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz, Poe and classical tenor, Placido Domingo. Bandmate, Princess Frank (drums, guitarist, vocals) is leader in his own right. Princess Frank comes out of the East LA music/ perfomance art scene and he is one of the co-founders of Killsonic, a 24 piece avant garde/punk marching band along with his one man band, "Masterslave". Last but certainly not least is Christian Wunderlich, a guitarist and songwriter from Los Angeles known for his work with Mayer Hawthorne, Ry Eden Cuming, Breakestra, and the Makers. He has appeared on David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Conan O'Brien. Christian has also opened for Bruno Mars, Erykah Badu, Foster the People, One Republic, Chromeo, and has worked with legendary Motown producers/musicians James Gadson and Don Peake. Inspired by both Bay Area punk rock music and the mystique of classic and avant-garde jazz records, he has made a name for himself amongst the new generation of guitarists. Through Dr. Maddvibe and the Missin' Links, Angelo, in the way that only he can, guides his audiences into a full immersion of masterful musical artistry that so many of us enjoy from start to finish!
